About Lauri

Lauri O’Brien is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma-informed therapist. Drawing on years of clinical experience, she works primarily with adult women, supporting them through anxiety, relationship stress, and patterns of overfunctioning in their daily lives. Lauri is also a mom of two college-age kids and has lived in New Jersey for the past 10 years.
